Ali Murad Shah Medical Center & Institute of Paramedics is always looking for compassionate, qualified people — doctors, technicians, nursing staff, and administrative support — to join our growing team across Mithi and Jhuddo. Our mission has always gone beyond treating patients: since 2008, we have believed that the people of Tharparkar are best served by the people of Tharparkar. That is why, before we ever look outside the district, we invest in training and educating our own local youth through the Institute of Paramedics & Health Sciences — equipping them with recognized diploma qualifications in fields like Health Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Laboratory, X-Ray, Ultrasound, OT Technician, Dispensing and Vaccination. Once trained, these same students are given real employment opportunities within our hospital and our growing network of branches across Mithi, Jhuddo, Naukot, Islamkot and Diplo, so that they can go on to serve their own families, neighbors and communities with skill and dignity. We believe this cycle of teaching first and then employing is what allows quality healthcare to take root permanently in Tharparkar, rather than depending on outside staff who come and go.
